The EU web accessibility directive has sparked a conversation about the status and the goals for web accessibility in Europe. A significant part of the population has different disabilities that impact their access to digital media. This seminar gives voice to young adults with disabilities concerning their needs, wants and rights regarding digital accessibility to get their issues on the political agenda.

The DA4YOU project Digital Accessibility for You (DA4YOU) – ref: KA205-2018-022 – is a two-year project (2019-2021) financially supported by the Erasmus+ Program of the EU.
It aims to empower young adults to use digital media for democratic participation in the debate on accessibility across disability, geography and language.
